Fiber Optic Cable Production Facility

Our fiber optic cables are designed to provide data transfer at maximum speed without being affected by environmental conditions. ERAT Fiber Optic Cables are manufactured in accordance with the needs of different structures and are manufactured entirely in computer-controlled facilities. Our cables, which are directly embedded, installed in the shroud or produced as an overhead type, are produced using multimode and singlemode fibers depending on customer demands.
ERAT Fiber Optic Cable Production Facilities produce with expertise from optical fibers dyed with the latest ultraviolet technology to cable structures designed in accordance with international standards. The cables produced are made ready for use after undergoing optical and physical tests. In addition, our annual fiber cable production capacity is 1,500,000.

Production Process

The fibers are dyed with UV technology at high speeds on computer-controlled machines. The dyed fibers are placed in tubes called "loose tube" and filled with thixotropic gel. The tubes placed around the center element are bent SZ, forming the core structure of the cable. With this method, the production of up to 432 fiber cables is provided.

Customizable Design

According to customer demands, our cables can be reinforced with features such as aramid thread and moisture barrier. In addition, it can be armored with corrugated steel tape or galvanized steel tape. Depending on the customer's request, the cable can also be armored with steel wires or aramid yarn.

Environmentally Friendly Production

We attach great importance to protecting the environment in our production process. Environmentally friendly materials are used in the production of our fiber optic cables and waste is minimized. In this way, we not only offer high quality products, but also contribute to an environmentally friendly production process.
